The Great Outdoors welcomes you home.. 

What to expect: Buttery-soft fabric (our #1 priority). Zero scratchies. Sweater is jacquard knit, so the design colors are actually part of the knit. Note: Through our complex knit process, all colors are woven at different depths throughout the sweater to form the outside design, so elements of 

cream and pink may appear partially visible at the seams. 

Sizing is more true-to-size than our other styles, and we prefer to size up. Model is 5'5 and petite, wearing a size Medium/Large in the photos, but fits comfortably in a small. 

Fabric composition: 48.7% Viscose, 30.4% Polyester, 20.9% Nylon

Please pay close attention to the size guide before ordering.

Items purchased as gifts are not eligible for exchange. We do not offer exchanges, we offer refunds to the original cardholder.

Items purchased at full price in November and December can be returned until January 14th, 2024.  

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused & unwashed, and in the original plastic sleeve with the tag attached. 
  • We do not offer exchanges, we offer returns. 
  • Upgraded shipping expenses are non-refundable.

Route Package Protection

We highly encourage utilizing Route+ package protection at checkout. Click "Add to Cart" on your item, and Route will be automatically opted in at checkout. This ensures that you are sent a replacement by Route if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Unfortunately, if you choose to proceed without Route+ package protection at checkout, we are unable to replace missing/stolen items.

If you are ordering from outside of the US, please include Route Package Protection on your order. International orders are more difficult to locate, and Route Package Protection will ensure you receive your product.

Shipping Information

FREE AND $6 EXPEDITED SHIPPING (DHLec/USPS)

Our US packages deliver in 5-10 business days (FREE Shipping) and 3-7 business days ($6 Fast Shipping). This is not from the time of purchase! This is from the time DHL eCommerce receives your package. DHLeC picks up shipments every weekday. We only ship out packages on BUSINESS DAYS! If you order Friday evening, it may likely not be shipped out until Monday. USPS delivers these packages to your door.

UPS

UPS shipping options are shipped out Monday - Friday. If you order on Friday after we have finished fulfilling, your package will be shipped the following business day, Monday.

We recommend our UPS options if your package is needed by a close deadline. However, we do NOT guarantee UPS deliver dates. We have no control over UPS shipping delays and will not refund shipping costs.

Upgraded shipping costs are non-refundable.
