How We Verify
We don’t just take our word for it—we see it for ourselves. Our team has personally visited every factory we work with to ensure that conditions match our values. Beyond our own oversight, our factories recently completed an amfori BSCI social audit, one of the world’s most widely recognized frameworks for social and ethical compliance, conducted by accredited third-party auditors. The results highlighted strong performance in key areas, including:

No forced, bonded, or trafficked labour
Safe and healthy working conditions
Respect for workers’ rights and freedom of association
Fair and dignified treatment with zero tolerance for discrimination or harassment

The lowest wage paid at our factory is above both well above the legal minimum wage and the locally calculated living wage.
All wages are paid transparently through bank transfer, ensuring traceability and fairness.
Workers are compensated on time and receive higher-than-required pay for regular work hours.

We view this as a continuing commitment. By visiting our factories regularly and partnering with independent auditors, we make sure that every Dandy piece is produced with integrity from start to finish.
