Preorders will be shipped an estimated 6-8 weeks from order date.

Your entire order will ship together once all pre-order items become available.

If you would like an in-stock item to ship sooner, it must be placed in a separate order.

During the preorder window, we are more than happy to make changes to your order! Please make sure to include your order number in your message.

Delays are rare, but pre-order timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by unexpected production or transit issues. If the expected shipping timeline changes significantly, we’ll notify you by email as soon as we know.

You will only be able to track your order once it ships!

Once your order ships:
Please check the email you provided at checkout for all updates regarding your shipment. (Check your spam/promotions folder if you can't find it)

Flip your hoodie inside-out and wash on cold/delicate. Air dry for best results. (If you must machine dry your hoodie, tumble dry on the coldest setting)

A helpful tip: hoodie drawstrings can come out in the wash. To prevent this, tie your drawstrings in a knot before washing.

Once your order is delivered, you have 14 days to return your item :)
