Package shows "delivered" but is not here?
Recently, packages are being prematurely marked DELIVERED by the post office when they are still in transit. Please wait 5 days for your package to arrive after being marked as DELIVERED before reaching out. Contacting your local post office generally speeds up this process.

Can I change/cancel my order?
Because of our fast-paced shipping process, we cannot guarantee changes/cancellation to your order.
If you reach out to us using the contact form below, we will do our best to change/cancel your order before the fulfillment process begins. If your package has been shipped, we are unable to change/cancel your order. (Please check your email to confirm your order has not shipped before reachout out to us)

How do I track my package?

How do I wash my hoodie?
Flip your hoodie inside-out and wash on cold/delicate. Air dry for best results. (If you must machine dry your hoodie, tumble dry on the coldest setting)
A helpful tip: hoodie drawstrings can come out in the wash. To prevent this, tie your drawstrings in a knot before washing.
My tracking shows "returned to sender"?
Return-to-sender packages usually take 1-2 weeks to redeliver back to us. Once received, we will refund and cancel your order. We recommend reordering with a different address :)
Packages returned to sender due to customer address error will be canceled and refunded with the "return to sender" rate deducted from the refund.
