Preorder allows you to purchase an item before it is ready to ship.

Preorder items are expected to ship out in 6–8 weeks. We will email you with updates about your preorder.

Your payment is collected when your order is placed, and your item is reserved for you. Once we receive preorder items, orders will ship in the order they were received.

If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, your full order will not ship until your preorder item is in stock again!

In rare cases, unforeseen production/shipping delays may cause orders to ship later than expected. If this is the case, we will update you prior.

Unfortunately, no. Your item isn’t reserved until your purchase is complete. If demand is high, products may sell out before you finish checking out, so we can’t guarantee availability until your order has been successfully placed.

For drops, we do our best to forecast demand, but it’s impossible to predict exactly how many customers will be shopping at launch!
