Can I change/cancel my order?
Due to our fast-pace order fulfillment, we cannot make changes/cancellations to any orders placed during our Black Friday sale.

When will my order ship?
While most packages are shipped the next business day, during our sale, orders may take up to 5 days to ship.
As always, UPS orders ship the same/following business day.

Package shows "delivered" but is not here?
Recently, packages are being prematurely marked DELIVERED by the post office when they are still in transit. Please wait 5 days for your package to arrive after being marked as DELIVERED before reaching out. Contacting your local post office generally speeds up this process.
It's been 5 days and I still haven't received my package. What now?

How do I track my package?
Please check the email you provided at checkout for all updates regarding your shipment.

How do I wash my hoodie?
Flip your hoodie inside-out and wash on cold/delicate. Air dry for best results. (If you must machine dry your hoodie, tumble dry on the coldest setting)
A helpful tip: hoodie drawstrings can come out in the wash. To prevent this, tie your drawstrings in a knot before washing.
