If you received an incorrect product, contact us so we can make it right for you!
RETURNS CRITERIA
Return window: 14 days (from delivery date)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unwashed and unworn, in NEW condition
- Tag attached, in original plastic zipper bag
EXCEPTIONS
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns. This includes orders during our site-wide Black Friday sale (11/27-12/2)
Upgraded shipping expenses and Gift Cards are non-refundable.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS
Note: Packages that are returned-to-sender due to customer address error/package refusal will have the return-to-sender fee we paid deducted from the refund.
When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange or store credit for FREE.
If you decide not to buy Redo or if you prefer a full refund, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the provided return shipping label.
