RETURNS CRITERIA
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original plastic sleeve with the tag attached.
We do not offer exchanges, we offer returns. We recommend purchasing the product you want on our website before it sells out, and completing a return for the item you are looking to replace.
Upgraded shipping expenses are non-refundable.
Sale items are not eligible for returns.
If your product meets the return criteria above, you will receive a return confirmation via email once the package has been received and inspected at our facility.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We hope to be in the financial position to offer return shipping in the future as we grow.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or including shipping insurance for the package. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
*Items returned to sender because of a customer address input error will be canceled and refunded with the "return to sender" rate deducted from the refund.*
EXCEPTIONS
Goods exempt from being returned: gift cards, stickers, and expedited shipping.
For international orders, we do not offer returns.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned. This includes discount codes or flash sales.
