Preorder Policy
Preorder items are products that are available for purchase before they are ready to ship. Placing a preorder reserves your item and allows us to begin producing additional inventory based on demand.
Estimated Shipping Timeline
Preorder items are expected to ship within approximately 6–8 weeks from the date of purchase. While we expect most orders to ship within this timeframe, production, customs, transportation, or other unexpected delays may occasionally cause an order to take longer.
Delays beyond the estimated timeframe are very unlikely, but all preorder shipping dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Payment
You will be charged in full when your preorder is placed, not when the item ships. Successfully completing checkout confirms that your preorder has been reserved.
Orders Containing Multiple Items
When an order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the entire order may be held until the preorder item is ready to ship. We recommend placing separate orders if you would like your in-stock items to ship immediately.
Changes and Cancellations
We are more than happy to make changes/cancellations to preorders within 3 days of them being placed!
Please carefully review your selected product, size, color, shipping address, and order details before completing your purchase.
Shipping Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If your address changes before your preorder ships, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has entered the fulfillment process.
Order Updates
We will send you an email when your preorder ships. If there is a significant change to the estimated shipping timeline, we will provide an update using the email address associated with your order.

Returns
Once delivered, preorder items are subject to our standard return policy unless otherwise stated on the product page. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

- The stated shipping timeframe is an estimate.
- Unexpected delays, while uncommon, may occur.
- Your payment will be collected when the order is placed.
