We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team for 2025 and support critical aspects of our business operations. This role involves a blend of brand protection, collaborative outreach, and customer service tasks, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Protection (no experience required):
• Monitor and identify Google Ads from counterfeiters targeting our brand.
• You will receive comprehensive training to make this process straightforward and manageable.
• Take appropriate actions to report and remove counterfeit ads to protect brand integrity.

Creator Outreach:
• Under our direction and training, research and reach out to creators who align with our brand values.
• Maintain detailed records of influencer collaborations in spreadsheets or databases.

Customer Service Support:
• Assist in managing credit card disputes and chargebacks.
• Training will be provided, and the process is simple to learn.
• Follow up on orders placed on hold to ensure address confirmations for seamless shipping.

Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in basic spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in e-commerce, brand management, or marketing.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
• Prior experience is not required for most tasks, as training will be provided.

Schedule and Compensation:
• Work approximately 7–10 hours per week.
• Compensation: $18/hour
